To My Double Brother ; With Love

My baby brother you are a gift from God to me
You have a heart of gold all the world can see
I noticed the other day while in the good book
Your middle name made me take a second look
Your middle name is " Dale " and it means valley
I stand in awe how in the Lord you've grown so quickly
For it is in the valley that we all do grow
The mountain is good but we've all come to know
When we hearken to His word wisdom we'll show
As well as gifts given to us in poetry to flow
We know at sometimes he doth chastise
It is only to help us to be more wise
Going back to your middle name again
Although in the valley at times you have been
The Lord is sure working on you and perfecting
For you are becoming a most beautiful christian
You have the fruit of the spirit coming to life
You've allowed God's word to renew your mind
You have become more than a brother to me
You are my precious prayer partner daily
I pray God's blessings on your life
I thank you for lifting me up many times
You know the gift we share in poetry
Has been a true blessing for both you and me
There isn't many more words I could say
That describes my thankfulness of you today
Yet I know you were a gift not only a brother
I'm so blessed on this path we have one another
This poem is just because I Love You! :-)
You're my brother by blood and brother in Christ
What a gift you are in my life!!
