Jesus when I met you I got peace unknown
I set out to seek you with my heart and soul
My heart was softened inside
It's obvious something is going on
You're the bright light in the dark
For you have changed my heart
Together there's nothing we can't do
For you're the light to guide me through
Oh if the world could only see
You're the perfect guide for their destiny
They need not stumble in the dark
For you are the light that won't depart
You'll be the captain of their ship
You'll safely guide them on their life trip
For you are the way,the truth and the life
You'll help them through the storms and strife
I'm so glad that I met you
And I won't ever let you go
For you are the redeemer
Of my heart and my soul
I once was a vessel in the dark
Until you came into my heart
The storms may roll but you won't let go
For you are the captain of my heart and soul
Your streams of living water now flow
It's in your word I spiritually grow
Streams of living water ,that is what you are
You are my life source,my heart's desire
