Faith in Hearing
With your mouth if you say,
In the Word you obey;
And Jesus is your Lord,
Who is loved and adored.
If the faith in your heart,
That shall never depart;
Believing what has been said,
That Christ rose from the dead.
Then have jubilation,
For you have salvation;
Faith that is from the heart,
Will give life a new start.
You should not be ashamed,
With the Word as proclaimed;
Regardless Greek or Jew,
The Good News is for you.
Faith comes from you hearing,
The Word while fearing;
And through faith are enticed,
Hearing the Word of Christ.
