Depression
Sometimes I feel so all alone,
There is no one who seems to care,
Sometimes I get so depressed
There is nothing left to share.
Sometimes despair robs me
Of my lifelong dream, my goal,
I'm crumbled, I feel shattered,
No salvation for my soul.
T'is then I turn to the only One
That can set a spirit free,
Putting all this hurt on Jesus' back,
I hear him say, "Come, Follow Me".
You will never walk alone again,
You will never feel this pain.
Leave all your sins at My Cross,
And Eternal Life will be your gain.
So I pray and ask forgiveness,
Once again, for doubting Him,
And in peaceful rest I slumber,
Released from my 'Depression'
