Damn you Mr. Right

Damn you Mr. Right
Every guy has a Mr. Right, that he can't measure up to
And for everything he does well, there are several things he doesn't do
Try as he may, he will never ever understand
Why he can never be his women's perfect man
It's all your fault; it's you Mr. Right
You are the reason I can get enough sleep at night
The reason why my best is never good enough
The reason making her happy is so tough
No matter what I say, no matter what I do
I can barely be Mr. Good enough, so I'll never be you
It's you, Mr. Right or should I say Mr. Perfect
You make guys wonder at times if it's even worth it
Should we try to improve, or be the best that we can be?
Or submit to that fact, we're not her fantasy
Not matter how handsome, how tall, and how strong
Next to you Mr. Right, we will always be Mr. Wrong
Damn you Mr. Right, why do you have to meddle
It' all because of you, she feels she has to settle
I just want to be the man she always wanted
The man who makes her happy, without being taunted
My pride makes me fight for the love I want so bad
But it also makes me do things that make her made
Could you just convince her that you are just a dream?
Or at least that you are not as perfect as you seem
Man to man, let's try to be fair
I can never be her no. 1 if you always there
