 Evolution
It's not the hairless killer dogs that fly above the land
Or the giant lizards that crush bricks with a human hand
It's not the creatures in the swamp rising from the scum
These things may or may not exist but look what you've become
You once were small and innocent with wonder in your eyes
And everyone around you paid attention to your cries
Never looking what is peering under every stone
What is floating on the stratus truly you are now alone
As they dig down deeper into caves of water falls
Many legs and skin as pale as any living thing that crawls
I know why you're paralyzed by what they did to you
But you're driven one direction by the things you do
