Meditation of My HeartMy heart holds the treasure of liberty By one who chose to set me free No more sorrow or despair Only joy and humble prayer. Christ is the true foundation And the calmness of my Meditation. Learning, watching, pondering the way As rains of righteousness pour this day. Understanding brightens my soul of the pierced-hand that made me whole. I look to the time of blissful Celebration. My eyes were opened to believe My mind attentive to receive Faith and truth; sweet contemplation Drawing me closer in quiet Concentration. Meditation of my heart Helps me to reflect in part On God's gleaming city of Light Where love is gliding Forever in flight In the realm of His royal Congregation. My faithful pen shall move in publishing This solemn testimony for my King. I serve among his growing nation With the greatest assurance And firm Dedication.
