Rhymes of the Heart
I Love You So/By Danielle (Rogers)Earls
Written by my oldest daughter
I Love You So
I sit in this house alone, with nothing left to do
He took my world from me, when He called out to you
I have so many sleepless nights, not knowing what to do
How can I make it through a day, when my day started with you?
Mornings aren't the same you see
It was always us, now only me
In the corner there sits your chair
Where you'd sit and id brush your hair
I listen for your footsteps, to come down the hall
Or your voice saying, you kids don't throw the ball
I always dreamed I'd have you, right here by my side
Then my dreams where shattered on the day you died
If I could see you one more time, I would say I love you so
Then I'd put my arms around you, and never let you go
Please Lord send this message, to my aunt who's very dear
Tell her that I love her and make it crystal clear
