Preposterously placed
Two aliens untold
You mustn't stare
If you were so bold
Surgically positioned
That man knew a knife
All she had dreamed
And wished all her life
For she had endured
A life without cleavage
Sometimes she stared at others
And felt ever so peevish
Her jealousy raged
She wanted the same
Having tried other tricks
Never fronting the game
Balcony bra's that push
What you have, to the fore
Padded and bolstered
For more she would implore
Sick of being mistaken
For a boy in his teens
Her mother had done it
It was all in the genes
Scalpel wielded
Bruises bright blue
Scars were livid
But only a few
She was decorously bulging
Her new wardrobe too
But now her footwear
Never came into view!!
