Patience in God
Do not anger at who does wrong,
Or have envy of those who lust;
Time for judgment not very long,
From the only one you should trust.
They will soon be cut just like grass,
As they will become all dried out;
And suffer for their tresspass,
Because their faith has too much doubt.
Have faith in the Lord and do good,
As you be at rest in the land;
With being righteous as you should,
While you follow each command.
As your delight be in the Lord,
He will give all your desires;
If you abide within His Word,
Your needs met as time transpires.
So put your life into His hands,
And having your faith within Him,
Through the patience as someone stands,
Will keep their life from looking grim.
