To God Be The Glory
Like Mother Teresa once proclaimed
I too am just a pencil in God's hand
It is He that inspires the words
Then it is I that pens out the verse
To God above all glory is due
In the hope His words will inspire you
For He sent not Jesus into the world to condemn
But that through the cross He could save man
The Father's heart cries out today
For His love to be on display
He's not counting the sins of men
He's only longing to communion with them
He sacrificed His only begotten Son
That He might win the hearts of everyone
His desire is for all to come willingly
To be adopted as heirs into His family
Only through His love and example can we win
More lost souls to save from their sin
Not forcible or through rules and condemnation
But through God's love and gift of salvation
We know Christ even came to glorify the Father
The blessed Hope for life eternal He offers
The Creator of heaven, earth and all mankind
Extends His love and invitation through this pen of mine
The truth is He loves you more than your earthly parents
The bible is His Will and Testament for you to inherit
It's not only His owners manual to help guide
It's pages is filled with His love deep inside
His word will fill you with His love too
It will wash away sin and carnality in you
Things you once thought was so much pleasure
Will be replaced with God's hidden treasure
For the things of this world will only destroy
But God's word and love will fill you with joy
The world's lifestyle only ends in death forever
It's being in God's will eternal life is given with favor
Please know this message is for the lost souls out there
God loves you and wants you to know He cares
For the devil is a liar and is waiting to devour
God is waiting to hear and protect you this hour
To God be the glory for His love is true
This message I penned out from God to you
Please run from the devil into the arms of God
He'll give you power on the enemy to trod
