Poetrypoem Family We have received A Miracle
Hello Dear Friends, time after time I get replies of prayers answered and it blesses me so much but this testimony comes from one of our own and I would like to share that our Father be praised for His faithfulness!!
In fact, we need to share more miracles happening for unbelievers to see the work of Our God and To God Be The Glory!!!
Dearest Pastor Linda,
I want to share my testimony about my experience of
God's mighty power & love for us. As you know my husband
Roy was diagnosed with a brain tumor. He was scheduled for
an immediate brain surgery. We did not have time to think,
but turned at once in prayer to our Great Physician
to protect him.
I sing with joy & praise to our Lord today! Glory!
Alleluia!
When the docs. took an MRI of my husband's head earlier,
they saw the tumor was a solid mass on his pituitary gland.
But when they went inside his brain, they were shocked!
They found the tumor, 2.5 centimeters, hanging by thin
strands of thread like tissues. The time it took the docs.
to remove the tumor was lessened by a few hours!
Incredible! Amazing!
Roy went into surgery at 5:00 p.m. & recovered from
the surgery, talking & eating jello at 8:30 p.m. The docs.
said that it only could have been the devine hand of God
which touched the tumor in that way! The docs. were
laughing & still shocked when they told our family
about it. We serve a mighty compassionate God! Amen!
I have placed my trust in our Creator, & He did not let
me down. He turned around what the enemy meant for bad
towards my husband & I. I proudly proclaim that the
Lord is our Shepherd! An awesome miracle was done
before our very eyes! Thank you, dear Pastor Linda
for your prayers! You are such a comfort to me!
In appreciation & love,
Irene at www.poetrypoem.com/poetryechoes
Please drop by and leave some praises for God to share
with Irene and Roy and friends we still need to keep
them in prayer for their finances.
I hope this blesses you all.By standing on the word of
God miracles DO happen!!
Jere.32:26-27
26.Then came the word of the LORD unto Jeremiah, saying,
27.Behold, I am the LORD, the God of all flesh:
is there any thing too hard for me?
Another PRAISE REPORT from Irene in re of finances...

that we see How God delivered this request to the fullest!
Sept.3,2008
Dear Pastor Linda,
I need your urgent prayers! My husband is still in the hospital & the landlord has given me an eviction notice to get out our Apt. in 3 days time. Then the light bills is overdue & they rang me to say they'll cut off my light. The devil is trying to destroy my husband & I. My husband's family do not want to help him financially & have turned their backs on us. No-one comes to see me from his family & I haven't any family members here. Only my next door neighbour tries to help me. I am so depressed & don't know what to do next.
My husband will try to borrow the money to pay our bills & rent from his boss. Please pray that God will touch the boss's heart to lend my husband the money.
Thank you for your prayers, my faithful prayer warrior! God bless you in every way!
I am so worried! I need your prayers! Thank you dear Pastor Linda!
Lovingly,Irene

Love and Huggies; Pastor Linda
Sept.4,2008
Dear Pastor Linda,
I am so happy to tell you our good news today! Our God is mighty & loves us so much! He has turned every tear I have cried into joy! Glory! Alleluia! I could hardly believe my ears when my husband rang me last night with the greatest news I've heard since His miracle!
His boss went to visit him in the hospital last night. They had a long talk & the boss offered at once to help him financially with all our bills! Alleluia! He told my husband that he would help him to get financial aid through the workmen's compensation plan at his work. He told my hubby that he was a very valuable worker & his job is waiting on him until he is well enough to return back to work. He even gave Roy a cell phone to use. Wow!
My husband is not knowledgeable about the workmen's compensation plan & being ignorant about the help we can receive, he has been in the dark until now. My husband's boss explained everything to him & now he knows that through the work men's compensation plan that he has been paying for all the years he's been working, he can get the urgent help we need..
The boss will talk to our landlord, who has given me an eviction notice to get out of our Apt. in 3 days time. The boss said the landlord was wrong in gving me the eviction because of my state of health, he should have contacted my husband personally. I could have had another stroke or a heart attack. It was heartless of the guy!
The people from Social Services will come around tomorrow.
And the best news yet! My husband will come home tomorrow! Yipppeee! Thank you Jesus!
A nurse will come to care for him.
Oh Pastor Linda, I have so much to thank the Lord for! He has revealed Himself to us in an glorious way during our desperation. All praise be to the blessed name of Jesus Christ forever! I'll keep you posted on new events. lol. Isn't our God just simply wonderful? lol. Thank you for your prayer, which is so powerful! God heard you loud & clear! Yippeee! lol.
Lovingly,Irene

Hi my dear friend Pastor Linda,
Our testimony gets better & better under the Lord's watchful eyes. The wheels of the Social Service has started to roll. We are so relieved! The tides have changed in our favor! "These things too shall pass!" the bible says. Amen!
A therapist came to check up on Roy very soon this morning & the hospital sent a nurse over as well. They were both very empathic towards our situation & the nurse gave us the addresses of soup kitchens in our area, where we can get food. We did not know that there are soup kitchens. The socal worker contacted one of them, who will deliver our food on a daily basis until we get back on our feet! Imagine that! Fantastic!
The therapist said that Roy is coming along slow but sure, as can be expected. It will take about 3 or 4 weeks for him to recover. The surgery was traumatic for him & he's still a bit weak.
Our case is being treated as a compassionate case, so the Social Services is handling us with top priority. Roy has been paying for a workmen's compensation plan at his work, so they will step forward to cover our household bills. We are eligible to apply for Section 8, & that covers our rent. This is one of our major concern as the landord gave us a notice of eviction over the weekend. Our Savior is so good to us! We can't believe how quickly the various organizations have stepped up to the plate on our behalf. Wow! When God starts touches our lives, everything begins to move rapidly! I feel so proud that my faith in the Most Sacred One has produced this kind of effects. Dynamite results explode! lol. Glory! Alleluia!
I don't mind at all if you share my testimony with others, dear. Sharing our testimony with the members of God's kingdom here on earth is the only way, we become ambassadors for Him.
We are so very happy & contented! Our Lord has taken our burdens on His blessed shoulders!
At nights, my husband & I dim the lights, turn off the TV & meditate on the God while listening to classical music. We rest in the presence of the One who sits high on the throne! It's a wonderful feeling to know that our Father God through His son, Jesus Christ has answered our prayers, seen our tears & have been quick to comfort us with signs & wonders. Our lives will never be the same again!
Sharing the love of Christ,Irene
Added Sept.17,2008 for Diana and Jessie update from Lesa
We prayed For health, rest ,help & assistance ,finances.
I want to thank all of you personally for your prayers for my friend
Diana and she asked me to also thank you for her as well.
There is some good news to report this morning.
The Dr.'s doubled the dosage of medicine for Jessie and she slept
through the night for the first time in a very long time.
Diana actually got a full eight hours sleep.
This morning out of the blue Diana had the urge to go and
check out a thrift store that had just opened near them.
They had a sale going on that for $5.00 and two large grocery bags,
you could fill them to the brim with whatever cloths you could
get to stay in the bag. She was able to get Jessie some much needed school cloths and a couple of things for herself.
As they were leaving they were also giving meat away from a grocery
store that finally realized that it was better to give than throw away.
All of the meats she got are within a few days of experation but good just the same. They loaded her up with meat, canned goods, and etc. All for free. She has been working now on her last 20 dolars for about 3 days and still has some left over.
If anyone could possibley tell me this is not answered prayer
I will eat my hat!!
Dear Linda my friend, thank you so much for putting Diana and her family out to our prayer warriors.
Thank you and Praise The Lord for his answers. I will try to keep you all posted. Diana does not have internet at this time.
Another from Diana. A little update. Things are better with Jessie. She is at least sleeping the night. There are still real problems when she is awake but at least with some sleep they are easier to handle until they can find her a bed in a hospital near by. I also forgot to tell you the other day when I was sending you the good news of answered prayer that she had gone to Medicaide to try to get a card for herself. She has been having some health problems with no way to go and have them checked out. Anyway the woman told her that everything looked good but it might take as long as 45 days to be approved. Within 2 days she had her letter of acceptance but still no card. The next day the card followed in mail along with a second card that said it would pay retroactivily from 60 days back, which she did have one visit to the emergency room herself when she thought she was having a heart attack which ended up being a sever anxiety attack. I wanted to be sure to tell you that bit of praise news as well.
Here's another share from another poetrypoem family member
page he done before my posting, looks like the Holy spirit is
giving some guidance ,huh?

From Pastor Linda's Family Circle(My niece's daughter,Jana)Sept.5,2008
Subject-Prayer chain for Jana
Jana is Shelley's 11 year old, the doctor just called to say she has a
very very serious staph infection, that if not kept treated properly can
lead to death, God was really watching over her on Sat. Shelley called
me Fri to say she thought Jana had 2 boils on her tummy. She had lanced
them and got a lot of pus out, very red and hard. She put a regular
antibiotic on it and covered it up. On. Sat they went to do a work day
at church and the pastors son, (had gotten over something like it a few
months ago) noticed Jana had a problem and asked Shelley (He was ems) he
looked at it and told her to take Jana to the doc. Asap. Shelley took
her to emergency and they finished lancing them, and put her own strong
strong antibiotic, did a culture and found it. They said she would have
been in an extremely bad situation in one more day which could have
killed her. This can be flesh eating and cause pneumonia, while
affecting all of the organs, and shutting them down. It is also
something that is spread by contact, so Shelley is open to it, as she
was first in contact. So pray for her too, please. Love you;Brenda
Praise Report 3 days later on Jana Sept 8,2008
Praise the Lord and thank you for all the prayers, she is doing absolutely wonderful, they are healing so fast, and all the pain is gone. Shelley has seen no sign of anything, and so we know the Lord took it over and it is gone and WILL NOT REBOUND. Love;Brenda

2 more testimonies from A Sister/poet friend
~A Promise Fulfilled~
As young people often tend to feel invincible, my daughter would be employed two and three places at a time. Being born flat-footed, her feet did not always cooperate.
In time, x-rays proved her bones had actually moved to where they were laying side by side (instead of on top of each other). Additionally, there were bone spurs.
Joints throughout her body would swell, and doctors had failed in diagnosing it. Shoes often created too much pain to wear. Medical tests required funds that were otherwise needed.
Becoming a common thing for her to run to the basement to put clothes into the dryer, only to find her sitting at the bottom of the basement steps crying (not being able to climb back up the stairs), we began to supply a wheel chair for outings.
Having no insurance and two young boys to provide for (not being able to take 6 months off work), God would provide her with feet just long enough to finish a shift.
Though having been a person with a heart for the needs of others, she was never able to manage her own spiritual walk.
Finally realizing God had allowed this to physically happen, so we'd realize her spiritual condition was an infirmity, I began to research scripture.
If two shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven. Matthew 18:19
The verse God gave us was this ...
"Make straight paths for your feet, lest that which is lame be turned out of the way; but let it rather be healed." Hebrews 12:13
Receiving that verse as God's instruction to teach the straight gate, she then began to walk both spiritually and physically.
Setting out to fulfill the required condition, we focused on listening for God and receiving His every next step of instruction - to not follow the laws in ink, but seeking to know God's heart.
Already knowing she had the gift of prophecy, her abilities became more refined. As long as her focus was on God, she would continue improving. Seeking God with your whole heart, He reveals himself to you. Jeremiah 29:13 A few months into this journey, and she began experiencing God in newfound ways.
The following months were so exciting, she could hardly put God's Word down! She'd say, "Oh, this is so neat! I have to tell you what I found! I finally understand this!" ... as the phone would ring all hours of the night (being about to burst just to tell the wonderful truths of God).
From the day God began revealing Himself, she's had no desire to turn back ... and has had to separate from whomever would hold her to the Biblical laws (as both physical and spiritual conditions otherwise begin deteriorating).
There is no medical explanation as to how it is possible for her to walk, as surgeries were never done - or bones healed. Today, she is a walking testimony (both spiritually and literally) that you 'can' walk, if you keep your eyes on God. He is not dead. He will tell you when and which laws apply to accomplish His purpose.
God kept His word ...
If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land. 2 Chronicles 7:14
As the ability to stay home with her children was thereafter provided for, God even fulfilled a promise that wasn't sought.
Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us, if any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him. Ephesians 3:20
But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed. James 1:6 And whatsoever we ask, we receive of him, because we keep his commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in his sight. I John 3:22
And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us: And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him. I John 5:15

~ Christmas Best ~
Every Christmas marks the anniversary of a very wonderful Christmas. Though doctors did everything medically possible to stop the premature delivery, our youngest grandson was born.
There was no room in the inn, as all the beautiful new birthing rooms were filled.
We were given a small dingy room that was never intended to be used again, awaiting remodeling. In fact, it had never been a delivery room at all and there was barely room for the needed medical equipment.
Only a few were allowed to remain present, squeezing quietly into a corner as the doctor suddenly received an urgent message from heaven that this baby should be born, now! And, now it was, as it seemed only a matter of seconds that the physician broke the water, reached in, and pulled the baby out. And, I thought, "Wow! They can do that!?"
Literally beyond purple, next came what seemed like a very lengthy silence as they hurried toward getting the baby prepared for an incubator. Finally, he breathed his first breath of life. Then ... the next ... and ... the next.
Though they couldn't promise that our grandson would make it through the night, it was a miracle that he was alive at all. We quietly listened, as he labored to breath, in awe, knowing that every next breath was, yet, another miracle and that God intended this child to live!
December 25th isn't the exact day of Jesus' birth, as an infant. Yet, it is the time of year when lambs are born.
Reminded of the first Bethlehem, I now see the similitude of a child, confronted with the gates of hell, struggling to be born before the world is ready to receive him; every next breath of the Spirit, beyond all obstacles, yet another miracle.
Bethlehem came without decorations, packages, ribbons, or bows. And now, I know Bethlehem is a celebration of life ... more abundantly! And, the light that glows at the nativity scene is really the illumination of God's presence, as He wouldn't have missed it for the world!
Christmas traditions lose their attraction at the very presence of God. And, where two or more are gathered together, sharing joys of the Lord, He'll be there. And, wherever He is, it's always ... CHRISTMAS! Never settle for less than the best.
