Shut my eyes,but I can't really sleep.
And thoughts keep swirling all around.
And as I will myself to remain in bed
It seems I fail to dismiss all the sound.

They're causing me now lots of stress
And even when I dismiss all the sound
This is getting worse at times I confess.
Insomnia it's causing me lots of stress
As I try to remain now here in my bed.
This is getting harder to do I confess
As I shut my eyes, but can't really sleep.
