Just Like My Mother Said

My Tracymay

I remember a little story
That my mother once she told to me-
About a beautiful Angel
That would appear in my destiny-
She said that I would love her so
And she would love me too-
That was when I was but a boy
And never dreamed that her words were true-
I thought about that little story
All over my life as I grew_
Real true love my mother told me then
Would one day belong to you-
She said her hair was dark, her eyes as well
Her lips an off shade red-
And after all of this time I find
She is exactly as my mother said-
A smile I fell so inlove with
And eyes that stole my heart-
Both now one in every way
And never more to part-
