Community prayerAwesome God of the Universe, There is none that compare with you, You are the source of perfect wisdom, Your word is eternally faithful and true. We are amazed that we are known, Each one known to you by name, You watch over and provide every day, We respond and your faithfulness proclaim. We bow in worship before your throne, Salvation is found in none other, We sing your praise, recite your love, A love more faithful than our mother's. Thank you father for promising to listen, Giving us the promise of answered prayer, As we think of our troubled world, Lord of mercy, please pour out your care. We also pray for family and friends, Many struggle with deep hurts, fears and pain, Oh Sovereign Lord, heal our friends, Give them the needed release through your grace. Lord, as today we hear your glorious word, Give us eyes to see, and ears to hear, Minister your grace to each one today, So we can show others how much you care. Awesome God of the universe, The only one in whom salvation is found, Forgive us and teach us to forgive, Your mercy and grace is simply profound.
