All my memories are yesterday
But yesterday is past
But somehow recent memories
Just don't seem to last

Yet looking back across forty years
Everything is crystal clear
Maybe if I live so much longer
Yesterday's yesterdays will grow stronger

Though new yesterdays
As of before
Will be yesterdays
Passed once more
