Back in December
was when I remember
starting my poetry from scratch
ideas were hard to catch.
My computer had a virus
words, I did cuss
backed them up, I did not
virus put me, on the spot.
Next day, I found out
I sure did scream and shout
poetry didn't get lost
back them up now, with no cost.

I ended up having a virus on my computer last December (2007). I didn't have a lot of my poetry backed up or written down. I backed my poetry up on a CD, after we were able to get on the computer long enough, before it shut itself off. I have been penning my poetry to paper now.
