Moving backwards
to move forwards
to improve balance
The Democrats wanted
change so they voted
in a Democratic Congress
and a democratic legislature
That was progress
Moving forward from a starting
place to improve position
Then they all went on vacation
changing the names of Post Offices
Now they want more change
Banks are failing
The Domocrats all got homes
without working or making payments
How much change can we afford
Blame is saying the other side
is at fault and we need change
Maybe throwing both parties out
is change, "Vote Dandy for President!"
My salary is so low all I have is change
Throw the rich bums out and make
them either go to jail or pay the taxes
Now that would be moving in a forward direction
