There is a woman from England
and she befriended me,
we have become very close
and her name is Lynn, you see.
Her friendship means a lot
she's just a hop over the pond,
our friendship is one to cherish
as we have a special bond.
It's true I am from England
and yes Lynn is my name,
and since I've met my new friend
life will never be the same.
Cynthia lives across the ocean
wind whispers across the sea,
my new found friend from Canada
who is very dear to me.
We see eye to eye on many things
forever, I think we'll be friends,
I, Cynthia, am from Canada
and Lynn is from England.
