TIPPERARY RADIO
Over here on the radio
Is everything you need to know,
You hear about job vacancies
Getting a job is quite a breeze.
There`s no need to move from your chair
They`re brought to you over the air,
Then there are jobs required
People will hear then you`ll be hired.
We can`t forget the bingo call
All waiting for the magic ball,
It`s quiet round the radio
All hoping they can shout `bingo`.
Missing pets get a mention too
Cats, rabbits, birds and Kerry blue,
The owners keep their fingers crossed
Hoping their pets will no longer be lost.
You get to know who`s died here too
And what time the body you can view,
People will come from far and wide
And join the mourners at the graveside.
Oh! Yes, they do play music too
An Irish jig that`s just for you,
The weather forecast they do too
Everything`s here just for you.
