Sometimes

                     Sometimes

            Sometimes we don't want to be,
                Where we need to be,
            Sometimes we don't want to see,
                What we need to see.

            Sometimes we don't want to go,
                Where we need to go,
            Sometimes we don't want to show,
                What we need to show.

            Sometimes we don't want to touch,
                What we are able to touch,
            Sometimes we don't say very much,
                In case we reveal too much.

            Sometimes we don't want to feel,
                What we need to feel,
            Sometimes we are unable to heal,
                What we need to heal,

            Sometimes we don't want to hear,
                What we need to hear,
            Sometimes we can create a fear,
                That we don't need to fear
