Again Autumn leaves come fluttering down
Slowly and silently floating one by one
Scarlet and crimson gold and reddish brown
Covering the earth with its golden crown

And once again comes the dreamy grayish haze
Painting the hills with silvery soft rays
Casting shadows under a sky of eerie blue
While mellowed light starts shining through

Softly falling covering banks of the lake
Quiet enough so even the birds do not wake
Take my hand and lead me to your daily dream
As we lay together next to a singing stream

Feel the breeze as it slowly comes stealing by
Blowing gently like a lover's first soft sigh
Softly rising autumn leaves to flutter and fly
Then sinks them down again like an ecstasy cry

I can feel the spell of your dreamy eyes
Captivating me with desires as they rise
Your heart beats loudly in tune with mine
As your body with my own rushes to entwine
