Family Ties
I see a family with laughter, And
also sadness within its core
the ties and shadows I share intermingle
within the gulf stream of humanity
Looking on to family roots I see the core
exploding outward and within...
this structure that was once a mighty army
is now disintegrating before my eyes -
Many times have I tried to enrich
educate and make erudite's of them
pleas fall upon deafen ears and closed eyes
screams and bedlam are thrown back in return
What the future holds destiny foresees -
and the Gods will tell the story
As for the family with laughter and sadness...
It must survive long after I no longer exist
