Choices of Inner Voices

The niceties or necessities we choose in life,
can make your life sweet or cut your funds like a knife.
Choosing what is right for you to buy, and when,
should be an intrinsic thought that comes from within.
I have to admit I've made poor choices with cash,
and my paychecks were gone in a flash.
Living payday to payday without a dime,
and delinquent bills never sent in time,
bill collector after collector called every day,
and the story I told was always the same way.
There's an old Chinese proverb that's quite a horror:
"When poverty hits your house, the wife goes out the back door".
After three wives I know this is true,
watch your niceties and necessities, or it will happen to you.
