Harry Sweeden. My life in verse.

My name?

Damned and condemned for my actions
and brought to my knees with the pain
then tortured,
hung drawn and quartered…
for questioning the rights to my name.
My brothers and sisters have deserted me
what family I have… far away
each dawn a new conflict,
 (but them they're all perfect)
from my life… the ferryman is paid.
I have struggled with what truly condemns me
honour and courage my guides
but with truth in the light
there is always a fight
cause they're hiding behind all of those lies.
But my name is my name to be proud of
their denial will not change who I am
I may fall to my knees
as they all jump with glee
but I know who really is damned!
