The Great Defender
How could you ever dare,
In trying to compare;
Anything else with God,
With some things that are fraud.
An experienced champ by far,
Hand made every star;
Made the sun and the moon,
And send His Son back soon.
So you will be who pays,
For all your wicked ways;
Because no one will stand,
With you on sinking sand.
I will not gloat or laugh,
With One on my behalf;
And will stand up for me,
Defending in my plea.
Jesus is my defense,
Who paid at His expense;
So I have rebirth free,
Living eternally.
