Maths  ( Children's )

Maths

If we did not learn our maths
We would be in trouble deep~
We would not be able to count our fingers
Or even sheep when we go to asleep~
We would not be able to measure
Or weigh anything on scales~
We would not know the size of our shoes
And we'd not know the length of whales~
We would not know how fast to safely drive
Or how to tell the time~
We would not even know our age
Or how to count these words of rhyme~
So we all need our maths we do
Almost every hour every day~
We really need to know our maths
In just so many ways~
