Strange how things have changed.
Not just gone tomorrow but forgotten today.
We absorb, absolve and then abandon thoughts.
Ideas litter and clutter our lives.
Sweep them aside. They were thoughts of a moment ago.
Did you write them down? Couldn't, computer is down.
Just as well. Might have gone through hell
Thinking, bad for you, me, us, everyone.
Can't hang on to old ways.
Even Orwell got it wrong. He thought old ways,84
Should try today. Even big brothers on T.V.
Must be true. New ways,cannot be swept aside.
Media, free thinkers,.they are not cancerous,
We have been given our Utopian society.
Mustn't let free thinkers usurp our sheepish ways.
