From Out Of A World Of Pain…Out of the shadows, into the light, Running scared, shaking in fright! Needing to run, needing to hide, Running once more, previous I tried. Panting breath, thumping in the chest, Needing to stop, but no time for rest! Pushing forward, running scared, its a test, Don't look behind keep running your best! Onward and forward, aching in pain, Not wanting to be beaten over again. Run for your life, needing release, No pain and torment, just simply peace. Pushing ahead, pain in the breast, What's it all about, is it a test? Fear within the heart and mind, Pain and torment is all you find. Peace, not a lot to ask, though it is for some, Running scared from a life of no fun! Heart beating wild, running like a horse, No turning back, no remorse. Strive for a life of freedom and peace, What you want is simple, tis called release! Out of a world of pain, torment and strife, Out from the shadows, into a new life!
