It breaks my heart, but in The Shire I can not longer stay
Cause the life that I used to know, is not longer the same
I am not the same!'cause inside me a new light seems all of sudden to glow
And to the Undying Lands at last, I've chosen just to go.
Here in The Shire, my old wounds never seem to heal,
And nothing again is the same! O, my poor heart is all in pieces torn-up,
In The Shire I don't longer belong!and knowing that is breaking my heart
Yearning! wishing! that all my days here in Middle-Earth I could only spend
But still I roam alone through unknown, darkened lands feeling confused,
I've finished my task successfully well, a now Valinor calls me to sea
Leaving all these behind me, it has been a heartbreaking decision for me to make
I'll miss the rolling hills,The Shire! and all the friends I know,
Especially, my devoted,loyal, and best friend dear Sam!O my heart inside just cries.
But I shall not, I can not ignore these voices calling no more
It's time now to say my Good-Byes, blinkin' back I swallow my tears;
The White Swan Boat is waiting for me!and onward we sail to the Undying Lands,the West,the sea
With my dearest Bilbo and Gandalf the Grey and also with my faithful companions and friends,Queen Galadriel,Lord Elron and the Elves
