I know he knows
I await in the shadows of my darkness
Lonely and cold on this day
Longing for him that calls
As he passes by my way
Drowned in tears of heartaches
Flooding this room of mine
Left empty and speechless
Shivers down my spine
Who comes i do not know
There's just one i long to see
Will this door be found
Whats more will he love me
I await alone to face my sorrow
Await his beating heart
Longing for him to stay
Without ripping my heart apart
I long to tell him where i am
As i see him standing there
But I'm afraid of past that's gone
A past where he once cared
And so alone in this room
I speak no words to hear
But in my heart i know he knows
That i am still waiting here.
