Listen to that everlasting small still voice
It is your conscience to make the right choice
It is part of God's divine plan of creation
To guide you into the path of total salvation
It will bring victory to those that will obey
That small still voice even helps you to pray
Your destiny depends on it not left to chance
Listen and it will help you in any circumstance
When we don't allow it to guide our way
Our life can end up in total dismay
For the devil is a liar and the father of them
To keep us in bondage weighed down with sin
But Jesus came to seek and save the lost
He paid in full our sin debt and salvation's cost
Praises be to the precious Lamb of God
That conquered the grave after bearing the Cross
The price He paid no other mortal could do
Yet with much suffering and love for me and you...
He prayed to the Father for us too
Asking those He had given Him to make it through
How tender and special was that_before He was crucified
That He had His chosen ones before our birth on His mind
As well as fulfilling a biblical prophecy
The Holy Spirit within will guide us to victory
Hearken this day unto His beckoning call
For He is the author and finisher of faith in us all
As it is written His sheep will hear His voice
For this we should daily give praise and rejoice!
