Life Without PowerHere is another short poem from my 13 year old Grandaughter I hope you enjoy This young budding poet. Over the past year she has written 22 poems. Smith The Old Cowboy Poet Life Without Power What is life without power The electric company says it will openly take an hour You wait and you wait and you wait And you're thinking you will never have eclectic at this rate You're done your puzzles, ,read all your books bored out of your brain Without power its as if you will go insane Then you realize in the old days they had to live without power too If they could do it why not you But that hour has been dragging on and on and on Before you know it its almost next days dawn You're sitting outside and the light click in the lawn And now your so happy the powers back on Caitlin Avery Saylers Jan 18th 2009 Poetry Ad-Free Upgrades Vote for this poem
