Caught in between a rock and a hard-place
the choices no longer your own…
bending to orders built on destruction
killing so far from your home.
Stand and be counted, walk with the brave
morals and courage your flag
then deeds of your masters come back to haunt you
and you question the war they demand.
But then there you are between a rock and a hard place
an enemy(?) caught in your sight
its you or its him the decision is final…
there will be one more in heaven this night.
Stand and be counted… you stood and was counted
then off to the war you were led
and those that returned speak silently their anger
of that rock and a hard-place… that bled!
