Let Humility Rule
If you are a saint of God,
Be holy and dearly love;
Giving your honor and laud,
To the Almighty above.
Let your behavior be marked,
Showing pity and mercy;
And while you have embarked,
Not having controversy.
Be kind and gentle and meek,
Forgiving one another,
Treat all of those that you seek,
Like a sister or brother.
And let the love most of all,
Completely join together;
Never to stumble or fall,
Or caught in stormy weather.
Let the peace of Jesus Christ,
To be ruling in your heart;
And you can be sacrificed,
For His Word that you impart.
Let His Word remain in you.
For love and other duties;
And His glory will shine through,
Making your life feel at ease.
