 Brotherly Connection

The day will come when they drop the bomb,
and the world we knew will be long gone.
The United Nations won't know what to do,
about world affairs and whose enemies who.
All of the peace pacts will end on this day,
the only hope will be simply to pray.
Tensions are high with this war that we're in,
pray the nuclear age doesn't begin.
There's plenty of room on this planet we live,
why can't man learn to share and peacefully give.
I haven't met a person who's beliefs I didn't respect,
how they believe in a God isn't my place to object.
Each of us play a part of the whole,
may we learn to be brothers Heart, Mind, and Soul.
