IN REAL DREAMS


I ride Highway Eleven
To the experiment station
It was my heaven
My dear elation

Log trucks race by
I am strong
I do not cry
For dreams I long

Because I lived that before
My bike between my legs
And I was more
Than poetry that begs

For strength.
