Shouting in Silence
With resolve I have come to this moment in my life;
Fully aware of the unique destiny of my life's path.
The advice from within my soul stretches me beyond,
As I reach into the realm which I have yet to explore.
I open my mouth to speak, but no words come out;
This pristine palace of crystal and gold glimmers.
I have arrived at the gates in silence and reverence;
The gate slowly opens to me, I walk cautiously in.
I hear not a sound, I listen intently, focusing sharply;
Awareness is heightened, my senses are fully alive.
Joy overtakes me in this quiet kingdom of beauty,
Not being entertained, simply being in the moment.
Peaceful drops of love pour over me like warm honey,
I look up and embrace this present moment with fullness.
I am overcome, I break down in sobbing convulsions;
I stand in awe of God, my mute tongue shouting in silence.
