Eternally Pure
You have forgiveness of your sin,
As well as purified within;
Being in Christ I do proclaim,
As spoken through His Holy name.
For you have the knowledge of Him,
With a light that is shining not dim;
Rather a light shining so bright,
It makes the sun looks like as night.
You have subdued the evil one,
Since the Father has sent His Son;
And as His plan becomes unfurled,
Have no love of things in this world.
For if you have love for this earth,
Then you cannot receive rebirth;
Desire of flesh and the eyes,
Are sated with deceit and lies.
That love is not from the Father,
Or through Jesus Christ your Brother;
Rather through a pride of this life,
Which will give you eternal strife.
The world with all its desire,
Will soon be ending in fire;
But having pleasure in the Lord,
Be forever in one accord.
