 Faces in the mist
If words could come to life

I'd spell out your name

Mother and wife

Equal love the same

Three years has now gone

But you are still missed

But there's nothing wrong

In seeing faces in the mist

You left when things were good

And missed our fall from grace

Lost in the deepest wood

In a darkened place

But now time has healed

No traces of where you kissed

Our lives we slowly build

Amongst the faces in the mist

Weep we still do

Sob not so much any more

Yet we always think of you

So many stories to explore

Slowly we move on

Ticking things off our list

Knowing you belong

In the faces in the mist

~~ For my mum who past away 3yrs ago on Feb 28th 2006. A poem to let you know we see and feel you everywhere and that we are doing well in our lives. Just because i can't see you doesn't mean i don't love you and think of you every day .. Your Middle son, xx ~~
