 The Pirate of Chesapeake

Sailing into your life to steal your heart,
The pirate of Chesapeake does his part.
Surrender the booty, he demands of you,
Then he plays you as he begins to woo.
The parrot on his shoulder sings you a song,
Maybe your first impression could be wrong.
He seems sweet, in a buccaneer sort of way;
He is suave and debonair, he desires a lay.
You are the bauble that has caught his eye;
You are drawn to this destiny; don't ask why.
Sexy and bad, his words slide off his tongue,
As you battle the other girls for the top rung.
Sly and cunning, his hand slips around your waist;
He leans in closer, as your lips he desires to taste.
Drawn in closer, your breath is taken by his charm,
He promises you the world, to you will come no harm.
He loves you with a fire so hot it burns your brain;
You pray for a seasonal monsoon of quenching rain.
Satisfied, he moves on, leaving you tingling with delight,
As you lay naked and alone for the rest of the night.
The pirate of Chesapeake sails back to the blue sea;
As his heart is still untamed, it is still  beating free.
