Tints of sweet amber green,
Hints of the hidden, yet unseen.
Above blue dotted-Swiss unending skies.
Below a world awakened by Spring's kinder lullabys.
Rose aromas flare perfumed romance.
Glad daffodils dare to sway and dance.
Happy profusions seduce the eye.
Hearts relax, gentler winds heave a sigh.
Wanton days seem to linger on and on.
Fair sunrise greets an earlier dawn.
A bird, a man break into song.
And I stay dreaming all day long.
A cool , lush, carpet beneath my feet lies--
Oh, it can't be long til
lemonade days and rhubarb pies.

My Mother Ann's favorite poem. She died December 19, 2006.
A reference to my true love, Buddy.
