Read to me mommy the stories from your heart tell me the tales of your life, tell me about your bumps and curves and your hard times of strife. Read to me your mistakes so I will not repeat hug me and love me as I listen silently to the sounds of your heart beat Take my mind on an adventure that I'll never forget teach me how to be strong through your own strength keep your heart open so I can always hear, that you love me and that you'll always be near.. Read to me mommy about the waves of life read to me not only the good but also the bad so I can no how to deal with things that makes me sad Tell me of your anger, your troubles and stress so I can know how to confess my pain... so when trouble comes my way I know how to let out the rain...so that the sun can continue to shine.... so read to me mommy the things which rest upon your mind. Read to me the things that made you smile from cheek to cheek even your painful tears that made you fall weak Teach me how to smell the flowers from miles and miles, even when trouble fumes the air. Teach me to always pursue after happiness even through despair, teach me how to continue to show love even when things in life doesn't seem fair.
