Many are Disappointed The order was OK, but the item did not suit. I spent hours working on the project, for what? It wasn't well received. What went wrong? Try a harmless blind date, for example. She shows, dressed well. The date is unpleasant. She's not the right girl. Here is an opportunity to consider the criteria. She's not a wrong item in the mail. She's just not what the guy was looking for. The more we expect, the more disappointment that will follow. Not expecting anything is worse. Take what comes along isn't the human way. Alas, the American Dream is rife with disappointment. To live is to be disappointed. George Bush is left holding the bag of supply-side economics, so in walks President Obama with socialism. Fannie Mae fails with the former, and I haven't got the trillions with the latter. So, we have a theory and we're checking it twice in practice. Let's see who's been naughty and nice. We go to a movie and it was not engaging. We're squirming in our seats, we want more popcorn. One didn't like the acting, another didn't like the plot. Don't give up.
