Perfect tones ring out
Resounding pitch round and round
Crystal shards splinter
Vibration upon clear glass
Tortured vessel now explodes

Violin moaning
Music on strings so lovely
Played by expert hands
Renders notes of perfection
Plays a universal song


Birdsong at sunrise
Mist upon cold ground rises
Lilies round the pond
Blending beauty with soft sounds
Composition of wonder

Empty and waiting
Sacred vessel of bright pain
Spiritual essence
Fills the glass with shining love
Overflowing sacrifice

Of kindred nature
Transformed trust…a symphony
Joyous soaring sounds
Rise towards the stratosphere
Music fills vacuity
