MY HEART`S EMOTIONS




 
~*~MY HEART`S EMOTIONS~*~



The song that was there from the start
Has now left my lonely heart,
My heart would sing when you were there
You`re not here though I wish you were.





My heart would flutter when with you
Like when love is so fresh and new,
I long to feel it flutter again
You bring me sunshine not rain.





I loved it when it missed a beat
I knew I was in for a treat,
It made me catch my breath
You breathe life into me not death.





My heart would beat ever so fast
When you held me at long last,
It no longer needed to roam
`Cause with you it knew it was home.





I know too that when you return
All my senses will again burn,
My heart will feel what it has missed
And this will happen when we`ve kissed.
