EASTER SUNDAY (Acrostic)

E arly that morning, oh what a sight
A n angel appears all dressed in white
S tartled women seek living among dead
T he Lord is not here He is risen as He said
E veryone ran to tell others the great news
R ejoicing and most of them believed too

S keptics today will doubt and disprove
U nless there is evidence providing clues
N oticing the enormous size of the stone
D isciples could not steal the body alone
A ll theories are speculation, full of lies
Y ou cannot deny the truth, Jesus is alive

Have a blessed Easter, filled with hope and rejoicing,
throughout every day of the year.  The empty tomb is
undeniable proof that Jesus is indeed risen from the
dead, just as He had promised!
