When Worldly Meets Godly
You life obscured by eyes that view
A world they see and thought they knew
Will cease one day and in the end
They'll see no more, the question's when
We seem to hold what's in our hands
Closer to heart blinded by mans
Greed to have more than just toys
Lust inside a soul destroyed
We fail to walk forget Gods glory
Thinking His life a brief short story
That brought no change perceived today
Short sighted thoughts in us sin plays
We need to hold and cling unto
Our days are numbered and very few
Will rise to see what we don't treasure
The Lord of hosts, Heaven unmeasured
Peace at last where no one ails
Success the prize where you won't fail
To live forever, to see again
All those you knew, family and dear friends
When worldly meets Godly where will you be?
Slave to your vices or creation set free
