From the Heart Through the Pen

Her & I

She just doesn't know
She has my heart
And plays it as her instrument
From the moment I held her in my arms
I knew that we were meant

The way she plucks its strings
An abundance of happiness
My way she brings
With her I feel as if nothing is missing
Remembering when it used to be lost, wild and free

Now she makes it smile with glee
Stirring up unknown feelings inside of me
I thought I felt all that I could
She proved me wrong
Cause never in my life have I been this good

Didn't know when I threw the dice
When we began the dance
When I took the chance
That we'd form a bond
Like God and Christ

Yup, Father and Son
But we'll be husband and wife
Cause for her I give the rest of my life
Through the Son to get to the Father
Our lives as one

The worst we've overcome to get to better
To get together
To spring off some seeds
Our hearts together they bleed
A love to last for eternity
