Safety in Trusting God
Those whose hope that is in the Lord,
Let not your strength to be ignored;
Over time it will be improved.
Never allow you to be moved.
For your hope is filled with His grace,
In a rock staying in one place;
While used as a cornerstone,
That is building His royal throne.
Mountains are all around about,
To calm your fears and any doubt;
Protection that is building trust,
In Lord Jehovah who is just.
The rod of sinners will not rest,
Since thoughts and deeds have not been blest;
But the righteous cannot grab hands,
Rescuing them from sinking sands.
Do good works in all that you do,
Letting His Word abide in you;
Keeps you on a narrow straight path,
And be sparing you from the wrath.
Very soon there will be a day,
That the Lord will take them away;
To a somewhere far from the light,
Experiencing pain in fright.
